Notice of Plan Discontinuation for Select nbn® Sky Muster® Plus Products
This is a notice of variation of Activ8me’s ‘Standard Form of Agreement – Activ8me Consumer Services’, under clause 16.2.
Activ8me would like to notify customers on nbn® Sky Muster® Plus ‘Unmetered’ plans that effective from your billing anniversary date on the 1st of March 2025, nbn will be discontinuing your plan.
Your service will be migrated to the nbn® Sky Muster® Plus Premium plan which most closely matches your current plan price, as follows:

We have also waived any Early Termination Fees (ETF) should affected customers wish to cancel their service within their contract period.
Affected customers also have the option of choosing a different plan to migrate to by calling our Sales team on 13 22 88 or replying to the email informing them of the upcoming change.
