Exceptional Customer Service. Have been a customer of Active8me on the Sky Muster Plus Premium 100 plan for 6 months with no issues till recently. I contacted active8me two days in a row due to frustrating Sky Muster speed/reliability/connectivity issues. It was impossible to complete my online learning for my course as the videos would not load, or was buffering so badly.

This is such a step up from what we had before. No more getting up at 1 o'clock in the morning to download a game or limiting yourself to one game a month. Speed is amazing most of the time and is only limited during high usage times. Have been with Activ8 for many years the service is always excellent. Can't recommend highly enough.

Activ8me service great!. I'd have given a 5 but for the fact that satellite internet is always a bit problematic out here in the bush. The service I received was excellent - fast callback, patient agent taking me through all the changes I needed to make to my existing modem to swap over from another (unsatisfactory) provider.

People who install the roof type wireless and modem were fantastic,one off install and cost au299 shows innovation excludes inexperience and really am not opposed to newer tuning networks , privacy is protected with an Allround proposed brand of network coverage so am proud of its efficiency thankyou.
