Managing and Controlling your Usage and Costs

Activ8me have made the following spend management tools available, at no cost, to help you manage and control your data usage and spending.

The information in these tools may be up to 48 hours old.

Broadband Services

Monitor your usage by:

  • Logging into the Members Area by selecting My Account
  • Usage Notifications are sent to your mobile and the email address you have provided us at 50%, 85% and 100% of data usage for the month
  • Contacting us on 13 22 88 (Mon-Fri 8am – 8pm, Sat-Sun 8am – 5pm)

Phone Services

Monitor your usage by:

  • Logging into the Members Area by selecting My Account
  • Contacting us on 13 22 88 (Mon-Fri 8am – 8pm, Sat-Sun 8am – 5pm)
