Activ8me Launches FTTN, Great News for Residents of Warrnambool and Colac

The wait is over. Residents in Warrnambool and Colac can now connect to fast nbn® Fibre to the Node (FTTN) internet connection. Over 14,800 homes in Warrnambool and 8,000 more in Colac are eligible for the FTTN internet service and will be connected progressively over the next few months.
Fibre to the Node technology from the nbn® utilises the existing copper network for a fixed line service and homes are connected from a nearby FTTN cabinet across the street or micro-node to the premises.nbn® FTTN internet service is available through official nbn® Retail Service Providers (RSP) like Activ8me.

The brown shaded areas found on the map show areas that will soon be able to connect to the nbn® FTTN service and more areas will be able to connect within the next two months. The purple shaded areas are covered by the nbn® Fixed Wireless Service.
